3. Custom Orders and Handmade Variability

Each piece is created by hand and may vary slightly in shape, color, or appearance from listing photos due to natural variation in crystals and materials. This uniqueness is part of their beauty and intentionality.

4. Pricing & Availability

We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product at any time without notice. While we aim for accuracy in all listings, we are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing.

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and secure digital payment methods. Your payment information is protected through encrypted technologies and is never stored or shared.

6. Shipping & Handling

Shipping times may vary based on product type and destination. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate, as we are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & Warranty

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our jewelry, covering manufacturing defects, reasonable wear and tear, and accidental damage.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused items in original condition. Custom pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Warranty Coverage:
Soulstice Lumina offers a limited lifetime warranty on all jewelry products, valid for the original owner only (“Original Owner” can be the original purchaser or original gift receiver). This warranty is non-transferable and covers defects in craftsmanship, materials, accidental damage, and reasonable wear and tear under normal use.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:

·       Loss or theft of products

·       Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care guidelines

·       Exposure to chemicals, water, or abrasive substances

·       Stretching or breakage due to excessive physical stress or improper handling

·       Normal aging or tarnishing of components (e.g., metal elements or elastic cord) over time

Care Instructions:
Due to the nature of materials used—including elastic stretch cord, metal findings, and water-sensitive crystals—Soulstice Lumina recommends the following care:

·       Do not wear jewelry while swimming, bathing, or submerging in water for extended periods

·       Avoid heavy contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh cleaning agents

·       Remove jewelry before engaging in strenuous activity or exercising.

·       Store jewelry in a dry, cool place when not in use

Repair & Replacement Policy:
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase. Soulstice Lumina reserves the right to assess the condition of the item to determine eligibility. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items for repair or evaluation.

If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement item of equal value or store credit at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Soulstice Lumina be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
