  • Avoid Water Exposure: Our pieces are not designed to be worn in the shower, pool, ocean, during bathing, or any long exposure to water. Water can weaken elastic cords, tarnish certain metals, and dull sensitive crystals.

  • Limit Chemical Contact: Keep your jewelry away from heavy use of perfumes, lotions, oils, hair products, and cleaning agents. These substances can degrade materials and interfere with a crystal’s natural frequency.

Soulstice Lumina offers a limited lifetime warranty on all jewelry products, valid for the original owner or gift receiver. This warranty is non-transferable and covers defects in craftsmanship, materials, accidental damage, and reasonable wear and tear under normal use.
